Dalith Steiger-Gablinger is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SwissCognitive, an AI advisory, venture and research company. She advises boards, C-suites, and organisations on the strategic and responsible adoption and scaling of AI, focusing on the intersection of technology, people, and business impact. She helps them navigate AI-driven transformation and governance. Dalith serves as Associate for the AI Stream at the CDLab at HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales Paris), is the CEO of the Swiss IT Leadership Forum and sits on several boards and juries that are shaping the future of responsible AI and digital leadership. Recognised as one of the world’s leading AI thought leaders, she translates complex AI topics into accessible, actionable insights for decision-makers. He is president of the Swiss IT Leadership Forum, member of the Board of Directors of ICTSwitzerland and SwissICT, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Service Management Partners.
