With a PhD in Engineering Cybernetics, she currently leads the implementation of Responsible AI frameworks at Equinor and contributes to national AI ethics initiatives in Norway. Rialda is also a strong advocate for women in tech, mentoring young talent and leading Women in AI Norway to promote diversity and ethical innovation in AI development.
